RETURNS


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY 

ASRI SWIM offers returns and exchanges provided that are returned within 30 days of delivery.

This does not include items purchased on sale or with discount codes.
We do not refund postage costs.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with the cotton bag.

If you need to exchange or return your item for a refund, please email RETURNS@ASRISWIM.COM with the subject title EXCHANGE or RETURN.

Please note when returning items:

  • We do not cover return costs.
  • Items must be unworn with hygiene labels and tags still attached.
  • Item must be unwashed.
  • Please return your item with tracked postage.
  • ASRI swim will not be liable for items lost in the post.
  • The original purchase receipt should be included.
  • If you are declined an exchange or refund upon assessment of your item, you will be responsible for additional postage costs to return the item to you.
  • All ASRI swimwear must be returned in original condition, including garment bag. You may only keep the garment bag if you buy 3 sets (Set = Top & Bottom/One piece) and only return one.
  • If garment bags are not returned, you will incur a $10 fee which will be deducted from your store credit.

 

ASRI swim reserves the right to deny a return if returned items fail to meet the returns standard upon assessment.

 We want you to love your ASRI swim and if for any reason you are not happy, please send us an email and we will be happy to help.

 Please note that credit notes and exchanges are not offered on sale items or items purchased using a discount code as part of a sale promotion.

 FAULTY

All of our pieces are hand made and meticulously checked for quality before being sent, however should we miss something and you do receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at INFO@ASRISWIM with the subject title ‘FAULTY’ or ‘INCORRECT ITEM’ and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
